Giveaway! | The Art & Science of Scrapbooking

I love Jennifer Wilson. And Stacy Julian.  They are both amazing and inspiring scrapbookers– so when I heard that they were teaching a class together last year, I jumped right on board!

Art + Science teachers

The class was awesome– a great balance in looking at the WHY and the HOW I do something, with tons of inspirational page examples and ideas.  Left brained or right brained, I recommend this to any scrapbooker.

Didn’t get a chance to take this amazing class last year?  You’re in luck, because Big Picture Classes is doing a re-run of the class!  And I have a spot to giveaway!

A bit about the class:

Are you a right-brained person who embraces possibility and spontaneity, thrives on imagination, relies on feelings, and thinks in symbols and images? Are you a left-brained person who practices strategy and order, finds comfort in facts, relies on logic, and thinks in words and language?

The answer to both questions is “yes!” In The Art + Science of Scrapbooking, a mind-bending workshop from Stacy Julian and Jennifer Wilson, you’ll learn to harness the creative power of both sides of your brain.

In four illuminating weeks, right-brainer Stacy Julian and left-brainer Jennifer Wilson will help you embrace your natural cognitive strengths. But they’ll also challenge themselves, each other, and YOU to find a new sense of balance and power as you explore the other side of your brain.   Class Starts: May 15th  Cost: $35

*Full disclosure: I am an affiliate of Big Picture Classes and was given a spot in the class. But I would NEVER promote a class or a product that I didn’t 100% love– and this class is excellent and  I think you will love it too!*

I just learned about Big Picture classes! I would love to take a class.
    Thank you for the offer!

Oops! Didn’t see the question before I commented!

I am not sure if I’m right or left brained. I teach physics (very left brained!) and I’m definitely an organizer and a planner. But I also thrive on using my imagination and always rely on feelings – especially that gut feeling/instinct.

I’d love to take this class to see how scrapping works with both sides of my brain!

i think i’m a right brain scrapper. That’s what my left brain is telling me. Now they’re argueing about what kind of balance my brain needs. *sheesh* Where’s a thought bubble when you need it? Guys! The Big Picture in all of this is…Creativity. There! i told them!

  4. Shannon M. says

Honestly I think I’m a combination of the two…how about “middle brain”. I see characteristics of myself in both sides. I would like to win this class because I love Big Picture classes!

Thanks so much for the opportunity to enter. I’d love to take this class! I know I’m a pretty even right/left brain in general, but in scrapping I think the left overshadows the right and puts too much order in, instead of letting go and being a little more creative. I’d like to do this class to challenge me to let go of the left brains need for control and order and see what creative mess I can make :)

I’m not sure, but I think I’m a rightbrainer, not so kreative, but logical.

I heard of this class at Paperclipping Roundtable and am very interested in finding out what brainer I am and to train my other half.
thanks for giving this spot away,
    greetings from Germany

I think I am more of a right brain scrapper. But in reading the descriptions I could also be left brained. I think it depends on my mood. Thanks for the chance to win!

I LOVE BPS!! I am probably more left brained with a little right brain? I LOVE SJ and would LOVE to take the class and get to know JW a little better!
    Thanks for the opportunity!
